Pricing

Our property check-in service is billed  monthly at $60 per month with weekly visits, or $40 per month for bi-weekly visits.   Waiting service, is billed at $15 per hour. Our a la carte services, for when you just need an occasional errand or one-off service, are billed at an hourly rate of $20 per hour.   With the property check-in service, additional services are billed at $15 per hour. Also, please see rates in our  Membership Package, details below. We charge a 40 cent mileage fee for service outside of a 15 mile radius of Dunedin. This is implemented for 4 hours of service or less. (If we are checking in on multiple units in a building, or neighborhood, this mileage fee is waived). Minimum charge of one hour applies to all services. Additional time is billed in 15 minute increments. We refer only licensed and insured contractors. These are businesses that we have used successfully for many years and we only use and recommend those whom we trust to do work that reflects our own high standards. We are frequently able to secure substantial discounts with our regular vendors and pass this discount on to our clients.

How to Pay Us!
	We accept payment by check, cash, or by credit card via secure on-line PayPal e-mail payment. Clients utilizing our property check-up, or monthly membership service, are requested to utilize PayPal on-line, or mail a check  monthly. Please talk to us in person about plan pricing and vendor payment options.

Gift Certificates
	Give the gift of time! Always a welcome gift, suitable for a multitude of occasions. An expectant, or new, Mom to help with errands, chores or cleaning. Purchase for the busy executive, parents, or as an employee appreciation gift. Please contact us for more information and details of discounts for multiple hours.

Monthly Membership Package
	Clients have the option to purchase a customized monthly membership package for services. This plan discounts the hourly rate to $15 per hour with a minimum of 8 hours per month. When purchasing a monthly package you will be assigned your own 'Personal Assistant' who will become familiar with your own personal or business needs.
