Caretaking Service for Snowbirds and Vacant Homes:
We provide a peace of mind property check-in service for snowbirds! We call this our Caretaking Service.
We schedule regular visits to your vacant home and make it ready and welcoming for your return. This service can also be utilized for vacation times or extended absences.
- Visit house weekly
- Check water, windows, doors, pick-up mail/forward if requested
- Check lawn mowed by vendors
- Check a/c thermostat
- Rotate lights on/off or check timers
- Flush toilets
- Check for pest intrusion
- Facilitate placement of storm shutters, if requested
- Upon return, make house welcoming and restock fridge
- Forward a weekly report of home condition and facilitate any repairs and maintenance needs as required.

Vacant Homes on the Market Check-In Service:
Give the vacant home that you are marketing an edge over the competition! Your property only has one chance to make a great 'first impression.' This service is equally popular with local Realtors and FSBO's.
- Visit home weekly, or more frequently if requested
- Check yard and driveway are as should be and move trash cans/papers/mail/debris
- Check signage and post 'open house' signs when required.

- Grocery shopping. We usually shop Publix and can supply you with a list to complete and return to us. We can also shop at Costco and schlepp those cases.... We put everything away for you and you avoid the horrible Saturday grocery crowds.

- Simple arrangements between us and the vendor for scheduling
- Wait time booked for 4 hours, and 15 minute intervals thereafter
- If you want to book us for work in the house while we wait, you can kill two birds with one stone!

No longer need you suffer the misery of hours in the mall when you would rather be golfing, or having some well earned down time. This service may also be provided on an emergency basis: no more empty handed anniversaries or birthdays needed. (And don't forget, we can book a restaurant table or arrange a 'special evening in' for you too)

Senior Check-In Service:
This service provides multiple benefits to local seniors. We cater to seniors who are still able to live independently but whose relatives would like us to check-in, assist with household needs when required, and report back to them on the clients well being on a regular basis. Seniors themselves also choose to use us for both this and a multitude of our other services. This is not intended to be a caregiving service. We provide the continuity of a professional and friendly visitor. We check that all is as should be in the home and that the well being of the senior is being attended to by their service providers. Please contact us to set up a customized program and obtain a fee schedule.
